In this Yoga retreat in SAMOTHRAKI ISLAND we will contact with the four building blocks of nature, Earth, Fire, Water and Air. We will experience the purification of our body and mind. We will leave behind our old self, we will “throw away” things that we do not need anymore, creating space for new things.

Our body is the temple of the soul (BKS Iyengar), and to keep our energy high, we must take care of it and understand its sacredness, as it is the tool to purify the mind.

Our techniques will be yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation. In all techniques there will be contact with any of the 4 elements, trying to understand their properties and their strength.
