Upon arrival you will board the bus and be transferred to a hotel of your choosing. The rest of the day you will have free time to walk around and get to know the city.
Suggested hotels:
Metropolitan Hotel 3* – A renovated hotel in the edge of the center of the city.
Avalon Hotel 4* – A hotel that offers all comforts and is situated in a close proximity to the airport of Thessaloniki.

Saturday

After breakfast you will be transferred to the marina of Neos Marmaras, where you should be by 11:00. The boats will sail off heading to the beautiful and protected cove of Toroni. The journey lasts about an hour and a half. On the journey, we’ll have a first encounter with the world of sailing and with how to sail a boat. We will anchor off shore at Porto Koufo (there are no port facilities), we will swim, cook and enjoy our evening.

Sunday

We will enjoy our swim and breakfast and sail off to Achlada. On the route, we will get to dive in the waters of Sykia and we will reach our destination before nightfall.

Monday

We will sail off towards Mount Athos (called “Holy Mountain” by Greeks) and we will sail along the peninsula in order to admire the monasteries by sea. Late in the afternoon we will anchor off shore at Ammouliani. We will cook on board and have a swim. The night involves music and fun.

You will swim in the clear and renowned waters, you will get a close look at the Greek culture, you will taste Greek delicacies and above all, you will learn the basics of sailing! Trust us. SAILING YACHT DESCRIPTION:

A sailing boat has 5-6 cabins for two.

Cabins: 3 or 4 for two (depending on the vessel)

Cabins: 2 or 3 for two (with single beds) or bunk beds (depending on the vessel)

Salon: spacious

Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking

WC: 2-4 depending on the vessel

Plus: hot water, bathroom on the inside, as well as shower unit on the outside, tents, inflatable boat, fridge, stove, stereo system and fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

The vessels that will be charted have 3 or 4 cabins. Each vessel has at least 3 double bed cabins that can accommodate two people. The rest of the cabins will either have double bed or bunk beds. All vessels have 2-4 WCs, depending on their size, as well as a central spacious salon. They provide hot water, internal bathroom, as well as external shower unit, tents, dinghy, fridge, stove, stereo system and fully equipped kitchen for cooking.
